Make the kids happy to eat healthy food at home is a big challenge for parents. The rise of fast food products could be one reason for children to choose foods high in fat compared with savory and healthy food.

Pamper your child with their favorite vegetable as often as possible. And, always serving fruit for dessert.
Reduce snacks
Limit the little snack foods are not nutritious. Replace high-fat snacks with fruits, vegetables, or low-fat chips. Also, teach your child to always eat at the dinner table. Do not let children eat while watching television, as this can actually encourage their snacking desires.
Eating out
Avoid ordering fried foods when eating in restaurants. Avoid also order unhealthy food, like french fries, burgers, hot dogs and chicken nuggets. If you often let the kids order food like that, it tends to teach them to choose unhealthy foods.

All participants have passed through clinical trials that include blood pressure checks, height, and weight. They also answered questionnaires about their health condition in general, and sleep patterns. The study is published in the journal Annals of Epidemiology.
