Make the kids happy to eat healthy food at home is a big challenge for parents. The rise of fast food products could be one reason for children to choose foods high in fat compared with savory and healthy food.
Plus, parents are busy making food at home is presented packaged food or meal ready to eat. Of course, this habit could make children lazy touched healthy food.
Yet according to the Mayo Clinic, children ages 4 to 8 years should ideally consume 1,200 to 2,000 calories per day (depending on age and sex).

Breakfast
Provide fruit always have been the favorite child. Children who do not like to eat before school, usually can be tempted on the fruit that presented it. Or, try by offering little toast with peanut butter and a glass of milk.
Lunch
Serve slices of vegetables at lunch or provide low-sodium soup (low salt). The menu is good to add vitamins and fiber for children.
When shopping, choose healthy foods. Do not spend money on foods that are not nutritious for your baby. Beware of fruit juice packaging, as most products that contain high sugar levels. Encourage your child to always choose the white water during meals.
Dinner
Provide a dinner menu that contains balanced nutrition. Do not be too often serve dishes made from red meat. Provide vegetables, fish and nuts so that the little accustomed to eating a healthy diet.
Pamper your child with their favorite vegetable as often as possible. And, always serving fruit for dessert.
Reduce snacks
Limit the little snack foods are not nutritious. Replace high-fat snacks with fruits, vegetables, or low-fat chips. Also, teach your child to always eat at the dinner table. Do not let children eat while watching television, as this can actually encourage their snacking desires.
Eating out
Avoid ordering fried foods when eating in restaurants. Avoid also order unhealthy food, like french fries, burgers, hot dogs and chicken nuggets. If you often let the kids order food like that, it tends to teach them to choose unhealthy foods.

Dr Andrew said, the medical world has not managed to uncover the causes of this illness. Some medical experts suspect a genetic factor. However, some are thinking that it happened due to an autoimmune disorder or brain damage that triggered severe infection. There is no medicine that can cure him.
The disease is probably not lethal, but quite dangerous when the patient fell in a location that is not safe. “I always thought, the dangers can strike at any time. I never know what there is glass all around me,” he who was frustrated with his condition.
“Every corner can bring danger to me. A cup of tea in the hand can also be dangerous,” Kay added. “Just imagine when the attack occurred while I’m cycling or driving.”
